What does it cost to use this service?

NOTHING! Woowoo's service is FREE to all customers. You can "Get a Quote" for FREE with no obligation to accept any quote you receive.

How does it work?

Simply let us know what type of work you need done. We send a request to all matching businesses listed in the directory. These businesses COMPETE for your job. The first 1, 2 or 3 (depending on the number of Quote Reqests you have requested) to respond then get your contact details. Only interested businesses will respond to your request, which will ensure you don't waste your time. We will email you the business profiles and customer reviews any interested business.

Do I have to use the business who responded to my request?

No. There is no obligation to accept any quote given. If you are unhappy with the business who accepted your Quote Request please feel free to "Get a Quote" again. There is also the option of posting a customer review on any of the trades which quoted your work.

How soon will I be matched to suitable businesses?

Your Quote Request will usually be accepted by businesses within 48 hours. Your Quote Request is sent automatically (during normal office hours) to the suitable businesses listed in your directory search results. We cannot guarantee that you will receive any responses to your Quote Request. If this occurs we will email you after three (3) days to let you know.

How is customer feedback treated?

After every job completion we encourage each customer to complete a Woowoo "Customer Review" which will be emailed to you after 30 days. This is your chance to let us and others know how the business performed. Good or Bad. This service gives businesses that added incentive to provide a good service to EVERY Woowoo client.

Do we guarantee work done by businesses?

No. All members are pre-screened before they are registered. Unfortunately this does not guarantee their work performance. If you are unhappy with the service supplied by any of the businesses we encourage you to complete our "customer review". Depending on the type/severity of the complaint they may be issued with a warning from Woowoo which may lead to their membership being revoked. Woowoo takes certain steps to ensure that applicable licenses and insurances for businesses are current, however accuracy or completeness of this information is provided by the business. We recommend that you perform your own checks on credentials with any businesses which you choose to perform work.

Who do I pay for the work completed by the business?

All payments are made direct to the business involved. Woowoo are at no time involved in any contractual or monetary issues between customers and businesses.

How am I charged for job leads?

You are able to receive unlimited amounts of job leads. ALL Job Leads are FREE. There are NO win fees or commissions.

How does Woowoo bill me?

You can pay your annual membership fee by bank transfer, by phone with your credit card details, or by post with your cheque/money order.

What happens to my lead account if I wish to cancel my membership?

Your annual registration fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership we will remove your business details from our database immediately.

How do I register my interest in a job lead?

If you want to accept a Job Lead, simply reply to the message and send it back to us. Our state of the art system will either SMS you back the customers contact details or let you know if you were too late as other businesses have already responded before you. You must be quick to reply if you are genuinely interested in quoting the job. There is no obligation to accept Job Leads offered, simply delete the message from your phone/email account.

How many others are offered the same job lead?

Each job lead is offered to all the businesses listed in the directory which match the particular customer search (usually a maximum of 5). Only the first 1, 2 or 3 (depending on how many quotes the customer has requested) to respond to the request are given the customers contact details. This limits the amount of competition for your business so that you get the best chance to win the job.

What job types do Woowoo offer?

All business types including supplies. If there is a service that you offer and you cannot locate it on our list of business types please feel free to let us know. We will add this to our list for you, free of charge.

Are there any limits to the amount of job leads Woowoo will offer me?

No. You will be offered unlimited amounts of job leads so long as you are a Woowoo member.

I currently get most of my jobs through word-of-mouth, so why should I join Woowoo?

Jobs obtained from word-of-mouth are great, but many times it is unreliable as you end up doing jobs which are not the most profitable for your business. Or, you have to travel great distances between jobs. Woowoo will supply you with job leads that are targeted to your particular company based on your job profile selected (location/job type).

How do customers rate and review my services?

Woowoo's standard customer review and rating forms are offered to all customers which use our service. The form is divided into 2 areas. First is the customer review whereby the customer can record a written appraisal of the work you performed. The second is the customer rating which the customer rates from 1 star to 5 stars according the level of politeness, punctuality, tidiness, appearance, and quality of work performed. This rating is added to the overall rating given by all customers.

Customer ratings and reviews can help your business in a number of ways, allowing you to identify possible weaknesses in your business and allowing you to rectify them. This allows you to fine tune your business so that you stand out from the pack and potentially receive more work from it. It also allows your strengths to be shown to customers so that you shine above your competition.
